Ground rules
- You must be 18+ (21+ where required) to play.
- Choose a session length and spending cap in advance. When either limit is reached, stop.
- Do not count on game outcomes to pay bills or improve your finances.
- Avoid playing to recover a loss, or while upset, stressed, or impaired.
- Take regular breaks and keep other hobbies in your week.
Warning signs
- Spending more time or money than you planned, repeatedly.
- Hiding play or purchases from family or friends.
- Borrowing money or missing bills to keep playing.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you try to cut back.
Operator tools
Look for spending limits, reminders, time-outs, and self-exclusion in account settings. Ask support about any missing tools and whether exclusions apply to related brands.
Device and bank tools
Site-blocking tools and bank transaction controls may help you keep a boundary in place. Check with your bank about the transactions its controls cover.
Minors
Secure payment details and devices, and use parental controls to restrict access by children.
